TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently looking for skilled laborers and experienced solar techs who are interested in participating in a short-term Solar Installation project.

Project Information:
• Location: Pilot Rock, OR 97868
• Start Date: 07/01/2024
• Project Duration: 07/01/2024 to 07/12/2024

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must have experience in Solar Installation or Construction
• Must be able to submit a background check
• Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to use wrenches and hand tools
• Must be able to carry racking, pipes, and solar panels
• Must be able to work in a dirty, outdoor environment
• Must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
• Must have ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time

Pay Rate:
• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
• Per diem: $100.00 per days worked
