Mechanical Site Coordinator (NEW CONSTRUCTION Project)

Location: Penwell Texas
Note: Due to Location Ideal Candidate will have a Travel Camper or RV
Project Duration: 1 Year

Responsibilities:
- Work with mechanical, piping, electrical and civil contractors on site to answer questions and coordinate information flow.
- Provide document management to ensure that all contractors have and are working from the most current design information.
- Act as the liaison between Engineering / Design Team and the onsite contractors. This will include fielding questions from the contractor and relaying those back to the engineering staff and expediting the process of getting answers to the contractor.
- Perform daily inspection of ongoing construction activities and reporting any issues or concerns to the engineering team.
- Keep track of all field changes and maintain a redlined set of drawings to serve as the �as-built� record.

Qualifications:
- The site coordinator must have adequate experience in mechanical and piping design to answer questions in the field, interpret drawing information and accurately communicate with the engineering staff about questions and issues that arise.
- The site coordinator must have experience working with contractors in the field.
- This position require 5 yrs. minimum experience as a Site Mechanical Coordinator.
- Ideal Candidate with have disciplines in engineering, piping design, or related field.
Note: An engineering degree is not required for this position but is strongly preferred.
