**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Temporary Electrician Top Helper to assist with the removal, replacement, and rewiring of disconnects, as well as the replacement of power wire for HVAC equipment including Roof Top Units, Air Handling Units, Pumps, and Chillers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in removing and replacing disconnects.
- Rewire disconnects and replace power wires.
- Support the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment such as Roof Top Units, Air Handling Units, Pumps, and Chillers.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in electrical work related to HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
