[Duties ]
Completes all assigned roofing projects within estimate and on schedule
Analyzes all reports and materials pertaining to the project and ensures that all the necessary elements are in place to complete the project. Monitors progress and completes all post project reports and reviews.
Travel through the US to manage projects.

[Requirements ]
Must have 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects or 2+ years in commercial roofing and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Understanding commercial roofing products and systems
Ability to write condition reports, track progress of project, and project final project outcome

[Details ]
$29 - $35 an hour (depending on experience)
