Job Title: Journeyman Electricians - Commercial Work

Job Description:
As a Journeyman Electrician specializing in commercial work, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
Running and bending conduit using hand and power tools.
Installing and connecting electrical components, such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
Testing electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Troubleshooting electrical issues and performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Experience bending conduit and working with various types of electrical systems and components.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
Pay and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $36 per hour
Per diem: $120 per day
Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
