Job Description:
As a Project Manager specializing in masonry, tiling, and stone projects, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and objectives.
Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Procuring necessary materials, equipment, and resources for each project.
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks to monitor progress and compliance with specifications.
Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Supervising and mentoring project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on masonry, tiling, or stone projects.
Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
PMP certification (preferred).
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience.
