PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Flight Readiness Technician position in Victorville, CA. Both positions, Interior mechanic and Inspector positions are available.
Duration: 12 months
Pay: $52 per hour
Shift: 6 am 2:30 pm; may be asked to work other shifts and weekends; overtime may be expected

INTERIOR MECHANIC
Performs Service Bulletin installations and functional checks relating to interior components and systems. Performs interior maintenance tasks issued by Boeing or the customer. Ensure the cabin is protected and safe for work. Maintain a clean and FOD-free work area.
INSPECTOR
Ensure that all jobs are accomplished in accordance with the job card, AMM, or other approved data. Verify functional checks, cleanliness, and FOD requirements are met in the work areas. Ensure that documentation meets the requirements of the customer. Coordinate with the customer on items requiring their eyes.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements

  • Must have at least 2-4 years of relevant aerospace mechanic or inspector experience and at least a high school diploma/GED
  • Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate and 2 years related work, Bachelor, etc.).
  • Physical Requirements: Being on feet for long periods of time, climbing ladders, and fitting into confined spaces.
Training: Will be onsite in CA or may need to travel to Seattle (2-4 weeks); Training is still being determined by the manager (Credit will be issued).
