Position: M&T Instructor
Location: Crane Clean Energy Center, Middletown, PA
Duration: 10/21/2024 to 12/31/2025

Position Overview:
NPower Solutions is seeking an experienced M&T Instructor to join our team in supporting the restoration of Crane Clean Energy Center (formerly Three Mile Island). The ideal candidate will bring extensive subject matter expertise and a proven track record of success in developing and delivering maintenance and technical training programs specific to nuclear plant operations.

Responsibilities
Training Development: Design and develop plant specific maintenance training programs, courses, and materials tailored to the needs of Crane Clean Energy Center operations.
Instruction: Deliver high-quality, hands on training for maintenance and technical staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate effectively in the nuclear plant environment.
Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through tests, evaluations, and feedback, making recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure learning objectives are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with plant engineers, operators, and safety personnel to gather insights and ensure training content is aligned with operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
10+ years experience in nuclear maintenance, operations, and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Nuclear Technology, or a related field is preferred.
INPO Instructor Qualification or equivalent.
Previously qualified, or able to obtain, Lab Instructor qualifications or SME.
Ability to develop and deliver clear, structured training materials and courses.
Strong understanding of nuclear plant safety, regulatory compliance, and maintenance procedures.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles.
Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes is an asset.
