Work Week Manager - Jewett, TX
Project: Position will provide work week management guidance and support site benchmarking

Work Location: Onsite, Limestone, TX
Pay Rate: Not Defined / need Candidate's requested rate
Duration: 10 - 18 months, starting asap
Schedule: Full Time
Per Diem: $120 x 7 days
Mob / Demob: $500 each

Job Summary:

BCP is looking for a qualified work week manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Prior coal experience required.
Will serve as the manager for work week activities and have responsibility for implementing the work week schedule.
This position will require someone with very strong communication skills. Provides directions to all department Coordinators, Planners, Schedulers, and Project Managers, and other support personnel for the development of an effective and accurate schedule.

Required Education and Certifications / Licenses:

Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable, but must have a HS diploma. The individual must have work week management experience and be able to communicate effectively with management as well as site personnel
