LOTO COORDINATOR
Delta, UT

System One is recruiting for a LOTO Coordinator for a 2 on 1 combine cycle power project in Delta, UT. LOTO Coordinator will work under the direction of the Commissioning Manager and will promote and provide leadership for safety.

LOTO COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure all Safety procedures are followed.
• Follow all related SU procedures.
• Train all required Site personnel required to work on a system under SU custody, in LOTO procedure.
• Implement the SU LOTO of systems once they have been turned over and accepted by SU utilizing the steps within the procedure.
• Ensure at custody transfer of a scoped system all construction locks are removed and SU locks are affixed where required.
• Ensure all custody-jurisdiction tags are in place.
• Work with construction as well as operations safety personnel to keep them informed of commissioning activities.
• Maintains a log book as well as all LOTO documentation created during the entire project note that these are project records and are to be kept in accordance with the Records retention process.
• Works directly with personnel requesting clearances to ensure all work is performed safely.
• Elevate issues to Site SU Manager in a timely manner.
• Ensure adverse conditions and lessons learned reports are generated when necessary.
• At custody transfer of plant to client, ensure all SU active LOTO’s are transferred to the Client LOTO program.
• At custody transfer of plant to client, ensure all SU jurisdiction tags are removed from components/devices.
• Read and adhere to Startup Administration Manual.
• Attend meetings as assigned by Startup Manager.

LOTO COORDINATOR Requirements:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in commissioning and start-up combine cycle plants
• Excellent teamwork skills, foster a positive team environment through the collaborative decision making
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience working collaboratively with people and initiatives affecting multiple organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and demanding customers
