System One is currently seeking a Construction Manager on a 12 month contract position located in Pueblo, CO.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Will oversee two solar projects.
Provide on-site oversight of critical functions within the projects and ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations.
Daily meetings, plan of the day, tasks, etc.
Go and observe work to ensure that it is safe, rules/regulations are being followed.
Tackle any delays on recovery, track progress, NCRs and onsite/oversight for company.
Write reports.
Track milestones.

Construction Manager Requirements:
50hrs per week on average.
10 - 15 years experience in a multidiscipline field engineer background: Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.
Ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and act as not only a team, but a motivator.
Previous solar experience.
Engineering or trade school degree preferred.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office; SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficient with writing reports, presenting.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Pueblo, CO- 2nd solar project South Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $85-87/hr
