splitting operator: in this position the operator place metal spools into a machine then they'll calculate the width of the metal set up the machine and cut the metal to size. The ideal candidate for this position will be mathematically inclined and have an aptitude for running machines.

Tandem operator: in this position the operator will use a machine to flatten the metal to a specific thickness. They will start by using a forklift to load metal spools into the machine setup the machine to a specific thickness then run the machine monitoring the metal for defects. This process could take between 30 minutes 2 hours depending on desired thickness. Ideal candidate will have heavy industrial operator experience and be able to sit and monitor the machine for long periods of time. Forklift experience is a plus but they will train and certify employees too.

Casting operator: in this position the operator will work with a team to melt metal into 20 x 5 bars. Then theyll use an overhead crane to lift the bars out of the furnace until theyre at a usable temperature. This environment is heavy industrial and not temperature controlled. Theyre required to wear head resistant forearm sleeves astm boots with built in metatarsal and hearing/eye protection. This candidate should have casting experience forklift and crane experience preferred but they will certify.

Packaging operator: in this position the operator will palletize the spools then wrap them on a conveyor packaging machine. Once the spool is packaged theyll use a forklift to take the package to their shipping dock. This candidate should have operator experience preferrable industrial packaging not dairy or meat forklift experience and great attention to detail.
